How could a chocolatier like me not be tempted by a trip to Colombia, a vast and beautiful country with a reputation for making seriously good chocolate? As a professional, my aim was to observe the work of the NGO Swiss Contact, which supplies manpower and expertise to farmers. But I also wanted to explore Colombia as a tourist, starting with the capital Bogotá.
